A strong future starts with a strong start in school. But too many children in our community lack the support they need to stay on track, build confidence, and reach their full potential. Across the Space Coast, many kids are falling behind in reading by third grade, which makes it harder to catch up and succeed later in life.

At United Way Space Coast, we believe early education should give every child the opportunity to thrive. That’s why we invest in programs that support a child’s development from the very beginning. We help them build the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive skills they need to start school, ready to learn.

We’re shifting the odds so every child has the chance to succeed, from cradle to career. We help young learners build literacy skills, give teens the tools to stay engaged in school, and support young adults as they prepare for life after graduation.
